2. 研究领域介绍

(1)量子材料设计及其物理性质研究,主要关注拓扑材料、新型二维材料等。

2材料表面与界面:研究材料的表面结构对相变规律及表面性能的影响。


3. 取得科研成果情况

拓扑量子材料因其非平庸的电子能带性质表现出奇特量子效应,有望用于下一代变革性功能器件。围绕拓扑量子材料领域,近年来取得多项创新性成果:揭示了拓扑节面半金属的保护机制,发现了新型拓扑节面;给出了多种高阶色散拓扑半金属的完全分类;发现了锁链型节线拓扑声子;证实了多个拓扑电子器件的可行性。迄今,已在NatureNature CommunicationsJACSPRB等国际知名期刊发表学术论文50余篇,研究成果被引用1400余次,一篇一作文章入选ESI高被引论文。获得国家优秀自费主编奖学金(2020年)、优秀博士论文奖(2020年)等。两次在新加坡IPS会议上做邀请报告。
